5 days on board

This course lasts for 5 nights and days and you will need 15 days seatime (2 days as skipper) 300 miles in your log book and 8 night hours. You will be expected to have navigation to Coastal Skipper Shorebased standard and sailing to Day skipper Practical standard. You will learn skippering techniques for coastal and offshore passages.  After the course you will be able to skipper a yacht on coastal passages by day and by night and get a Certificate of course completion.

You will be instructed by fully qualified RYA instructors who will make the course enjoyable and instructive.
Coastal-Skipper

The cost of the berth is £375. There is a reduction of £25.00 if you are a member of CSSC and CSSA making the berth cost £350.00. To qualify for this reduction you have to be a member of the CSSC and be a member of CSSA. The berth fee includes all meals on board, marina fees and any other expenses.
