This course is usually of two days duration. There is the opportunity to practice under sail and engine. The manoeuvres undertaken will reflect the needs of the candidates. Familiar techniques will be practiced and new ways of doing things explored. The picture shows a method of springing off a lee mooring.

Boat-handling

The cost of the berth is £75 a day There is a reduction of £5 a day if you are a member of CSSC and CSSA making the berth cost £70. To qualify for this reduction you have to be a member of the CSSC and be a member of CSSA. The berth fee includes all meals on board, marina fees and any other expenses.
